INPUD has released the Community Brief: Not another red herring! Full decriminalisation of all drugs is non-negotiable.
The brief is designed specifically by and for the community of people who use drugs, highlighting and emphasising INPUD’s positions and statements on the different aspects of drug decriminalisation, drawn from the recently launched A Guidance Note: Decriminalization of drug use in the context of HIV, developed jointly by INPUD, UNAIDS, UNDP, Release, and the International Centre on Human Rights and Drug Policy.
