INPUD is very aware of the ongoing and disproportionate impacts of the dual COVID-19 and HIV pandemics for our communities. Drug user -led networks are under increased pressures as we have moved to adapt our operations and ways of working, made even more difficult due to the ongoing impacts of criminalisation and social marginalisation. Poor access to technology and the digital divides our members and communities face have further increased the pressures on our networks.

In this context, INPUD is providing a new time-limited small grants program*. The program will support wellness activities for individuals and groups through grants to regional, national, and local networks and organisation of people who use drugs. Applicants will be able to apply for small grants up to $1500 (USD) and successful applicants will be required to provide a brief 1 page (max) summary report of the activities conducted and fill in a budget template to acquit the funds (Note: the reporting and budget templates will be provided by INPUD).

Applications close on March 1, 2022.

– Peer-led networks, organisations or collectives operating in one of the regions in which INPUD has a member network (national, state or district level networks are eligible)

– Funds must be used for wellness activities

– Activities must be implemented by no later than July 31, 2022

INPUD is very grateful for the financial support of the Robert Carr Fund which has allowed the establishment of the Wellbeing Access Fund for our members and communities.
