INPUD is hiring Gender Focal Point for INWUD

With the support from Love Alliance, INPUD is seeking to support a Gender Focal Point to increase the capacity of women who use drugs and the International Network of Women who Use Drugs (INWUD). The Gender Focal Point will initiate and mobilise online engagement with the community of women who use drugs, coordinate online events and engage in relevant forums and support fundraising efforts.

The role starts in July going up to the end of 2023, with potential for an extension. The duties of the Gender Focal Point include working to increase individual membership of International Network of Women who Use Drugs (INWUD) through the INWUD e-list – connecting INPUD and INWUD by providing communication links and info access – seeking new funding opportunities for women who use drugs, with direction from the Executive Director – organising web-based events and webinars for building community connections and exchanging skills/expertise – stimulating more active participation from women drug users in global level dialogues.
