Letter of Concern: ARV Stockout in India

24th August, 2022

The ongoing shortage of Antiretroviral drugs for people living with HIV in India has become a crisis. One which was anticipated by the community as early as December 2021. Yet the India National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) has continued to fail in their responsibility to procure ARV for people living with HIV. In response, INPUD sent the following letter to Mr. Alok Saxena, Director General of NACO, expressing our concern and our solidarity with the Delhi Network of Positive People along with all other people living with HIV affected by the stockout.
